The Story

A friend invited me to go skiing. I am not especially good at sports, so naturally I drew a skiing cat. The green down jacket came next: a little ungainly, perhaps even a little ugly, which somehow made the cat more relates to real life.

I liked the ordinary, thrown-on-and-out-the-door feeling of it. This is the winter adventurer with the practical coat, rather than the perfectly styled one. Skis ready and poles in paw, the cat can bring a small snowy outing along on your keys or bag, even on a day when you are staying comfortably indoors.
