Thank you for your interest in a bespoke artisan keycap commission.

Each custom piece is handcrafted from concept to final finish. Because of the time-intensive sculpting and design process, all commissions follow a structured two-phase system to ensure clarity, fairness, and quality.

​To maintain transparency and protect both client and artist creativity, please review the process and usage notice below.

Phase 1 - Design & Concept Development

The process begins by purchasing the Design & Concept Development Service of $20.00.This fee compensates for creative labor and planning time.

This includes:

​• Consultation based on your idea and review of references

• At least 2 concept directions and 1 revision round

• Material and finish recommendations• Production feasibility evaluation and Final price quotation

Important:

This fee does not include the physical keycap and is non-refundable.

Phase 2 - Production

Once the design is approved:

• A private production listing is created

• Full production payment is required before work begins

• Production timeline is confirmed

No physical work begins before payment is completed.

  • Revision Policy

    1 minor revision included• Major redesign requires new design fee• Additional revisions are billed

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Design fee: Non-refundable.

Production payment:

• 50% refundable if production has not started

• Non-refundable once sculpting, casting, or painting begins


Due to the handcrafted nature of commissions, refunds are not available once physical work has started.

    If a requested concept risks intellectual property infringement, I reserve the right to modify or decline the project.

  • Content Restrictions

    I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including but not limited to:

    ​

    • Explicit 18+ NSFW content

    • Political campaign or propaganda material• Religious propaganda

    • Hate symbols or discriminatory imagery

    • Content I am not comfortable executing

    • Requests that conflict with my artistic values

    If declined after consultation has begun, the design fee remains non-refundable

Communication Policy

Clear references are required

• All design approvals must be confirmed in writing

• If no response is received within 7 days, the project may be paused

• If no response is received within 21 days, the project may be considered abandoned

Quality & Variations

I’m strongest at hand sculpting and finishing physical pieces. I’m not a professional digital painting / concept art artist, so the draft designs I send are mainly for structure and planning—things like the overall shape, proportions, key details, and where everything sits on the keycap.

Once the structure is approved, I’ll sculpt and paint your piece in my own style (the same style you see throughout my portfolio).

Also, because every piece is fully handcrafted—sculpted, cast, painted, and finished by hand—small variations are normal. Your keycap will be made with lots of care, but it won’t look “factory-perfect,” and that handmade character is part of what makes each one unique.
